We are not aging gracefully. We are aging aggressively.

👁️ 2. SHE IS STRATEGICALLY VISIBLE. She refuses to fade into the "beige background" of midlife 🌫️. She does not hide her age; she leverages her tenure. She uses her wrinkles as proof of survival and her voice as a signal to the women coming up behind her 📡.
🏗️ 3. SHE IS A PATRON, NOT A COMPETITOR. She has left the "Pick Me" energy of the corporate ladder behind. She does not pull the ladder up; she sends the elevator back down ⬇️. She uses her capital and her connections to fund the rebellion of others.
