Hello Veteran Ecosytem! Huge thanks to Compton for the invite and I am very excited to be a part of this group.
I'm Luke, and I run the Tiktok channel @valoanswithluke where I have been able to help hundreds of Veterans and military members purchase and refinance homes. I have specialized in helping those with less-than-ideal credit situations, and we do this through what's called the manual underwrite process. While most lenders require at least a 620 credit score, we actually go off exactly what the VA says in its guidelines that there is NO minimum credit score required on VA loans.
