Vitamin C dosage/Brand for kids
Hi everyone! I have a 1 year old and a 4.5 year old. I am looking for brands of Vitamin C to give my kids daily. Also, do you follow the dosage or give more? Also, does anyone give their kiddos a multivitamin?
