Day 1 of getting sick

Hi! I have a 2 month old baby. Right now, I'm the only sick in my family. Daddy and baby are fine. My husband and I are going to start taking liposomal Vitamin C and I also got Vitamin D3 + K2 as well as zinc. I'm breastfeeding my baby but anything else I should know about to prevent baby and his daddy from getting sick?

I know I should keep nursing but I'm kind of staying away from my family and I'm pumping for now. Plus I started getting fever and a little light headed. It's not fun 😭
