I'd love to hear everyone's stories about how they got here and what shifting out of constant "GO mode" can mean for their lives.
For me, coming out of addiction and toxic dynamics created a sense of urgency and anxiety when I started creating peace and calm in my life. "GO mode" was a natural place for me to satisfy that pull for chaos that my nervous system had been so used to. Now that I've realized it, though, I want to change it, so I'm really looking forward to learning tools and getting support toward this goal!
