On a scale from 1-10 I’m at a 8. Here’s a few ways I scaled back:
✅ Went from eating three times a day to twice.
✅ Went pescatarian for the week. Less food options, calmed my desire to eat out and spend more.
✅ I’m on a social media break so my desires to purchase lowered.
