I founded and run, The Uncommon, an in-person men's group. Twice a month, a group of men meet on the beach and do something most men never do... they tell the truth. About what's working. What isn't. What they're afraid of. What they want but haven't gone after. What the gap is between the man they are and the man they know they could be. Physically, mentally, & Spiritually!
I've watched men on that beach go through real transformation. Not the kind you post about. The kind that shows up in how you lead your family, how you carry yourself at work, how you look in the mirror. It doesn't come from a course or a podcast. It comes from being known, really known, by other men who hold you to a standard.
The Uncommon is the online extension of that work.
