Start taking control of your day by becoming aware of:
- how you spend your time
- what you actually do (not what you think you do)
⚙️ The Experiment
For the next 7 days:
✅ 1. Track your day (simple)
At the end of each day, write down:
- What you did well
- What you wasted time on
- One thing you can improve tomorrow
✅ 2. Identify your biggest leak
By Day 3–4, you’ll notice patterns.
👉 Ask yourself:
“What’s the ONE thing that keeps messing up my day?”
✅ 3. Fix ONE thing only.
Not everything.
Just one.
Examples:
- Scrolling too much → set a limit
- No structure → set a morning anchor
- Low energy → fix sleep time (makes a HUGE difference)

- Keep it simple
- Don’t overthink
- Don’t try to be perfect
👉 Consistency > intensity
