Most people try to change everything at once.
Thatβs why they fail.
π This week, we do the opposite.
We focus on ONE thing only:
Awareness + Control
π― Objective
Start taking control of your day by becoming aware of:
- how you spend your time
- what you actually do (not what you think you do)
βοΈ The Experiment
For the next 7 days:
β
1. Track your day (simple)
At the end of each day, write down:
- What you did well
- What you wasted time on
- One thing you can improve tomorrow
β
2. Identify your biggest leak
By Day 3β4, youβll notice patterns.
π Ask yourself:
βWhatβs the ONE thing that keeps messing up my day?β
β
3. Fix ONE thing only.
Not everything.
Just one.
Examples:
- Scrolling too much β set a limit
- No structure β set a morning anchor
- Low energy β fix sleep time (makes a HUGE difference)
π‘ Rules
- Keep it simple
- Donβt overthink
- Donβt try to be perfect
π Consistency > intensity
π§ Why This Matters
You canβt fix what you donβt see.
This experiment builds:
- Awareness
- Control
- Discipline
π The foundation for everything else
