Community Culture Statement
  1. We show up as HUMANS first.
This is a space to be real about your experience without performing, posturing, or pretending you're fine.
2. We keep each other emotionally safe.
We speak with clarity and kindness, practice curiosity over criticism, and make room for nuance and lived experience. Always assume positive intent with posts and comments.
3. We protect privacy and personal information.
This is an online community. NO sharing of anything incriminating, identifying, or sensitive-- this includes student names, parent names, schools, locations, numbers, or details that could compromise anyone's safety in an online space.
4. We refrain from political or religious debates.
This community centers humanity and clarity, ot polarizing conversations that pull us away from the importance of human connection.
5. We respect energy and bandwidth.
Engage when you can, rest when you need. There's no pressure to be "on" or participate-- sustainable participation is the goal!
