We aren’t lost. We’re just over-edited. ✂️
We’ve all felt that strange tension. That feeling that we’re functioning perfectly on the outside, but wearing a "social suit" that’s just a few sizes too small on the inside.
I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about why we do this. Why we edit our jokes, our opinions, and our natural rhythms just to avoid a raised eyebrow or a moment of friction.
In this video, I’m sharing some "field notes" on why the path back to ourselves isn’t about a grand transformation.
It’s about radical subtraction.
What we’re diving into today:
  • The "Social Edit": Why we started hiding parts of ourselves when we were seven, and why we’re still doing it today.
  • Micro-Courage: Why the bravest thing you’ll do this week is simply refusing to perform for a room that doesn't know the real you.
  • The Gradual Return: How to stop "finding" yourself and start uncovering the person who was there all along.
This is for anyone who is tired of the performance. Let’s talk about what happens when we finally stop holding back.
