And unless you break those chains, you’ll pass them on. To your kids. Your partner. Your team. Your clients. AND ALLOW THEM TO TAKE OVER YOUR LIFE!

The healing begins when you choose to cut those cords.

When you breathe through the pain that shaped you.

When you meet the part of you that’s still looking for love, for safety, for approval. AND VALIDATION!

This is your moment to set that version of you free.

Because you stop fitting into the mould you were raised in by thinking and living outside the box you were created.
