Starting May 26, I’m doing 75 HARD the ultimate mental toughness challenge and I want YOU with me.
This isn’t a fitness trend.
This is a full-life reset.
Discipline. Focus. Grit. Growth.
Here’s what we commit to for 75 days straight:
  1. Two workouts a day (one must be outside, 45 mins each)
  2. Follow a structured diet (no cheat meals, no alcohol)
  3. Drink 1 gallon / 3.8L of water
  4. Read 10 pages of a self-development book
  5. Take a progress photo every day
No excuses. No substitutions. No compromises.
Miss one? You start again at Day 1.
This is for those DONE playing small.
