I am the founder of The Steady State Method and a Regulation & Integration Coach helping high-capacity adults build nervous system stability in an overstimulated world.
With a background in behavioral regulation, special education, and applied behavior analysis, I learned early that regulation must come before correction. As a veteran, mother, and trauma survivor, I rebuilt my life from chaos into intentional stability and discovered that regulation is not a personality trait—it is a trainable skill.
My work bridges nervous system science, somatic practice, cognitive clarity, and grounded spirituality, making regulation accessible to both skeptics and seekers. I do not teach perfection. I teach capacity.
At the core of my work is a simple truth: You are safe, and you can pause.
