The 10 Minute Audit.
This is just a small and simple 10 minute audit that I use to understand where a business sits, to where it could potentially go. It's most effective when you don't understand why you are failing.
Let me know what your thoughts are, I've always found this mini audit to be pretty good when it comes to brainstorming, or when you're in a "War Room" situation that requires a quick look inside.
