Owning our power means to have supreme control over our energy spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally and Physically authentically and this is key to manifesting our greater self in all areas of life. The Main area to begin is rewiring your Brain and Opening your Heart so that they can synchronise into full force.
The first step is the Self-Enquirey Process.
- Acknowledging our fears. This will lead you to understand where any Self-sabotage is and why so that you can understand what you need to do to overcome them.
- Getting to the root sources of any trauma or lack of's (gudiance, support as a child) so that you can heal and not let them get in the way of yourself anymore.
- Replacing Limiting Beliefs about ourselves and the world that no longer serves our goals with one's that do serve our goals best interest.
This will then lead you to:
- Repogram your subconscious mind with new information that empowers you towards your goals such as books and courses to build and raise your confidence.
- Heal your trauma so that you no longer get triggered or stressed easy and can live with more peace in your heart. This increases productivity x100
- Realign with your highest truth and self-worth which gives you more flow to do the things you need to do without the fear or self-sabotage. So that you no longer drift from one insecurity to another.
Then you will be a superior state to begin evolving your Mindset to learn more and handle more.
