What Kind of Sleep Support Are You Looking For?
One of the reasons I created The Sleep Support Network is because “sleep support” can mean so many different things.
For one person, it may be:
  • Understanding why their baby’s sleep suddenly changed
  • Finding support for a toddler who is struggling at bedtime
  • Sorting through adult sleep patterns that have started to feel hard
  • Learning whether one-on-one support would even be helpful
  • Finding a coach whose approach feels aligned
So I’d love to hear from you:
What brought you here?
You can answer with just a word or two or share a little more if you’d like.
  • Baby sleep
  • Toddler or child sleep
  • Adult sleep
  • Finding a coach
  • Professional connection
  • Just learning for now
No pressure to share a full story. This is simply a way for us to begin shaping the community around the real questions and needs that are present here.
