One of the reasons I created The Sleep Support Network is because “sleep support” can mean so many different things.
For one person, it may be:
- Understanding why their baby’s sleep suddenly changed
- Finding support for a toddler who is struggling at bedtime
- Sorting through adult sleep patterns that have started to feel hard
- Learning whether one-on-one support would even be helpful
- Finding a coach whose approach feels aligned
