This is the Tap Awareness Method.
It’s simple:
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Take three slow, deep breaths.
- Then stop doing anything. Completely.
- Let the mind wander, drift, go unconscious…
- Whenever you notice the mind has gone somewhere,gently tap your right thigh.That tap is your return to awareness.
- No forcing. No controlling.Just tapping back into presence.
- Do this for 7 minutes.
