This is a thread for introductions so I'll go first:

I’m Anna, the voice behind The Value Signal and the co-creator of this space.

I’m a mother, a builder, a medical doctor turned creative systems architect. I’ve always carried big questions: about meaning, rhythm and how to live a life that’s both real and radiant.

Like many of you, I’ve built things while holding a baby. I’ve chased clarity between laundry cycles. And I’ve learned that becoming myself again doesn’t require escaping my life — it requires choosing my own signal inside of it.

I created the Signal Circle because I needed this space too. A place where we don’t have to split ourselves to show up. Where high standards and deep softness can coexist. Where we can talk micro-habits, motherhood, and metaphysics — in the same breath.

Inside, I’ll be sharing tools, prompts, and experiments from my own process. But this isn’t just my space. It’s ours.
