This community is for setters who want consistent wins—more booked calls, higher show rates, and more commissions.
I’m not a “guru.” I’m a working setter, in the trenches daily. My current numbers:
- Show rate: 46%
- Booking ratio: 30%
- Percentage of Calls Closed VS Calls Booked: 25%
- Commissions: $1k currently + $2k base
Not perfect. But real.
Here’s how to get the most out of this community:
✅ Step 1: Introduce yourself
Drop a post with:
- Who you are
- What you’re setting for (coaching, agency, etc.)
- Your current KPIs (DMs/day, show rate, commissions)
✅ Step 2: Plug into the systems
Check the Course tab for DM scripts, show-up frameworks, and daily workflow trackers.
✅ Step 3: Stay accountable
Every week I’ll post an Accountability Thread. Drop your numbers there so you can track your progress (and we can help you improve).
✅ Step 4: Ask questions & share wins
Stuck? Ask. Got a small win (booked your first call, improved show rate)? Post it. That’s what keeps this valuable.
