Watching my son play outside reminded me of something.
A stick became a sword.
A rock became treasure.
A pile of dirt became an entire adventure.
No screens. No instructions.
Just imagination, curiosity, and nature.
Every bug they inspect, every tree they climb, every challenge they figure out becomes information for their growing brain and body.
We often think learning happens in a classroom or through a screen.
What your child is exposed to becomes information for their body.
The sights they see.
The light they receive.
The environments they spend time in.
The experiences they have.
These are all signals helping shape how they grow, adapt, and understand the world.
Sometimes the best thing we can do is simply let them be kids. ❤️
P.S. You think this message is about our son. But it’s also a reminder to you, because you are no different 🙏🏻
Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing Dads out there ⭐️
