Refund?
Hi guys, had an absolute Karen of a guest checking in today staying for a month, her attitude was disgusting, she mentioned that there was a smell in the bathroom (which is the first time this was reported ever in this particular unit) but of course we take all reviews serious.
Now we tried to get a cleaner out there but it’s hard to get a cleaner out at 9PM in the night, so they will go to the property first thing in the morning (of course they want it done now instead of waiting till the morning).
She is obviously going to ask for a refund, but the booking was booked through Travel Perk and the Cancellation policy is Firm. What do you guys advise? Refund or no?
