ACTUALLY healing & taking THE REAL steps to dig yourself out, rebuild a strong foundation & become the person you’ve dreamed of has become “soft”, seems to take too long & makes you wonder if you're actually doing anything.
But as women who have been through it - still in survival mode or trying to claw out or adulting for the first time, taking intentional, real steps IS THE FIX.
