Bloat struggle
A place where people are in the same boat. Thank you Rachel. My issues were so bad back in February but I feel sooo much better since I started eating high protein foods. Still dealing with the not falling asleep unless i take the magnesium before bed. Even then im still falling to sleep around 2ish 🥴 and then I'm always feeling bloated in the evening. Just trying to figure it out.
