Wins, struggles, questions, lessons — that’s what makes this place valuable. We’re not here to impress each other. We’re here to sharpen each other. (Proverbs 27:17) 4 - Lead with respect. Challenge ideas, not people. We don’t do sarcasm, mockery, or drive-by criticism. You can be direct and kind at the same time. Learn to articulate you thoughts and ideas clearly. Insults are vague, real criticism and advice is specific. 5 - No grind bro culture. This is a place for builders, not posturers. Keep your advice practical, your heart clean, and your ego checked. Share from a place of real experience, insight, or even your best guesses (just be honest if you're guessing.) Don't pretend you're a master salesmen because you've seen someone on YouTube do it before. Hey, I’m glad you found your way here. This group is part of a much bigger vision, but we’re starting small and real. I’m building a business (Redwater Revenue), a mission (Redwater), and a long-term ecosystem rooted in Faith, Sovereignty, and Vocation. The Redwater Campus is kind of like the digital front porch for that. This isn't a marketing group or a place to flex revenue, although feel free to share tips, results, and network with others. This group is meant for men and women growing businesses, leading families, and trying to follow Christ without losing their minds in the noise of the world. The biggest struggle I've had in this journey of entrepreneurship is doing it alone while trying to hold fast to the Faith. Now, we don't have to do it solo. We share what’s working and what we're learning. In faith. In business. In life. It's not a sermon, more of a documentary.
