Build log 20260326 - Big restructure
My brother came over and we workshopped the whole business. Shutting down our GHL arm of the business short term. Too time intensive, and we currently have more valuable skills to leverage.
Moving to a AI Automation focus - using Claude, VS Code, n8n, and other tools to deliver. Based on my past work and our existing network, we're focusing down to 3 niches to test an offer:
- Online Fitness Coaches
- Financial Coaches
- Organic Marketing Agencies
All 3 pulled specifically from YT - so they must be YouTubers as a front end or top of funnel.
Main offer is a content repurposing automation that takes new longs and immediately turn them into 5-7 shorts and statics, a blog, and newsletter, automatically scheduled to post on all platforms based on a predefined schedule determined by research and client.
Short term building:
- Vid to shorts, static, blog, newsletter
- Project management system
- Research on top 10 performers in each niche, reverse engineer their top posts to see what makes them good. Bake that research into the flow
Next steps:
- Build Cold Email copy
- Refine specific offering
- Define content strategy for our own channels
- Deliver to 2 people for case study
