I saw a post on one of my weightloss support groups on Facebook. A young lady was mortified that she went over her calorie deficit by 457 calories. She looked to the comments for support and affirmation..
🫶🏻This is the exact thing I want to cultivate here; that you can absolutely have treats and indulge and yes, even go way over your weightloss deficit. Do you have to restrict even more the next few days? Absolutely not!
✝️ Philippians 4:11-13: "...I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances." Having a treat will not wreck your weightloss/wellness journey. A disordered relationship with food however, will. Avoid the huge swings of elation and guilt by allowing yourself treats. ♥️ balance is key!
