To ensure you are moved to the next phase of training and granted access to the "Purplekisses Lashers" private page, please ensure the following are completed:
- JotForms: All forms must be filled out and submitted.
- Payment: Your payment must be processed in full.
Deadline: December 31st.
If you are experiencing any issues or need to discuss your registration, please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can get it sorted. I don’t want anyone to miss the start of training!
