Time to Collect!
COFFEE TIME WITH GILBERT ☕
“How long has that business idea been living in your head without paying rent?”
We’ve all said it: “You know what somebody should do?”
Then we finish our coffee—and nothing happens.
That little picture shows four steps: idea, build, test and launch.
But before you build anything, speak to the person with the problem. Is it something they actually need help with? Would they pay for a solution?
Then start small. AI can help you put together a first version. Put it in someone’s hands. Listen to what works—and what doesn’t.
Improve it. Offer it for sale. Give people a reason to try it.
You don’t need a hundred customers to learn something useful. Start with one.
Tonight, ask yourself:
“What’s one small thing I can do tomorrow to find out whether my idea has legs?”
Make the call. Show the sample. Ask the question.
Because another month of thinking won’t tell you what one real customer can.
That’s your coffee thought for tonight.
