Welcome to your Sunday Reset! Sundays are a non-negotiable part of becoming the woman you’re praying to become. Every successful CEO takes time to prepare before the week begins instead of reacting after it starts.
This week, we’re choosing intention over chaos.
✨ Your Sunday CEO Reset Checklist
1. Spend Time with God (20–30 Minutes)
- Pray over your life, family, business, finances, and purpose.
- Read a chapter from your Bible.
- Write down three things you’re grateful for.
Reflection:
What is God asking you to surrender this week?
2. Journal Your Vision
Answer these questions:
- Who am I becoming?
- What habits must I leave behind?
- What does success look like for me this week?
- What limiting belief am I releasing today?
3. CEO Weekly Planning
Write down:
- Your Top 3 Business Goals
- Your Top 3 Personal Goals
- Your income goal for the week
- The number of sales you want to make
- The number of new community members you want to welcome
4. Content Planning
Plan your content before Monday.
Create:
- 5 value posts
- 2 personal/storytelling posts
- 1 promotional post
- 3 short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, or Shorts)
Don’t forget to include a call-to-action that invites women into our free community.
5. Financial Reset
Review your money.
Write down:
- Current income
- Business expenses
- Personal expenses
- Savings amount
- Debt balance (if applicable)
- Revenue goal for this week
Ask yourself:
“What action will help me make more money this week?”
6. Declutter Your Environment
Clean:
- Your workspace
- Your purse or work bag
- Your desktop and phone
- Your email inbox
- Your vehicle (if needed)
A clear environment supports a clear mind.
7. Self-Care Reset
Choose at least three:
- Deep condition your hair
- Meal prep
- Drink more water
- Read for 20 minutes
- Take a relaxing bath
- Stretch or exercise
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep
Remember: You are your greatest asset.
8. CEO Affirmations
Say these aloud:
✨ I am disciplined.
✨ I finish what I start.
✨ Opportunities are attracted to me.
✨ I am building generational wealth.
✨ My business grows every day.
✨ I deserve success.
✨ God is ordering my steps.
✨ I lead with confidence and purpose.
✨ I am becoming the CEO I was created to be.
📸 Accountability Check-In
Before tonight at 8:00 PM EST, post in the community:
✅ A picture of your planner or notebook
OR
✅ A screenshot of your weekly goals
Then answer these three questions:
- What is your #1 goal this week?
- What is one habit you’re committed to improving?
- How can the community support you this week?
