Hey, I'm Tiago Reis, and I'm from Portugal and I'm 26 years old!
I’ve been playing the violin since I was 5 years old, although unfortunately I’m not a professional musician yet. However, I play at weddings (melodyo.pt), in orchestras (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=naSttnjrJxw&t=1724s) and in other musical events like that (can you see my personal profile too: https://www.instagram.com/tiagooreis__/), because my love and my passion is the violin. In the future, I would really like to become a professional violinist. I’m going to start lessons with a teacher at a music school because I want to enter the conservatory, and I hope that one day I’ll be able to study music at university. It’s my dream, and I want to guide my life in that direction. :)
This community helps me a lot because I can find useful content and techniques to improve my studies and practice in a more focused and effective way.
My dream is to play the Sibelius Concerto. I’m absolutely amazed by Augustin Hadelich’s interpretation of this concerto. He is my idol, and I love the passion he puts into the violin.
So, thank you for everything. You’re a great influence on people like me, honestly. I believe I’ll improve a lot thanks to this community.
