What’s one thing you’ve learned in your podcasting journey that can help the next person (✅good or ❌not so good? Please elaborate so we can get the full picture of your experience. ☺️
I’ll go first:
Intake is key for an amazing conversation on my show. I don’t do pre-show interviews and I’ve moved away from interview style. Fireside chats are key for my show. With a robust but carefully crafted intake form I’m able to capture the essence of who the person is and decide if they will be a great guest (discernment is an amazing tool also😃). From there we have an great time and the feedback later is usually the same: that they had an amazing time with me and the experience was wonderful. So I’d say get a really great intake system set up.
