My name is Atte Samuelsson. I am a 24 years young Int Health Coach©, holistic health enthusiast and Hololifer from Finland. Little backstory why I created HOLMES society:
I believe we can often get caught up in taking ourselves too seriously on our holistic health journey, at least that's what happened with me. Luckily, recently I discovered what I believe to be an overlooked "biohack": LAUGHTER. 😂🙌
