It's a numbers game...
If you call on 10 senior communities you might book 1 gig. Thats the average.
You'll wonder why they aren't getting back to you. Or if they even listened to your message . You'll
question whether it's worth it to make calls when nobody returns them.. It's not you. It's a numbers game.
If you are calling communities and not having much luck it's because you haven't called enough communities. Activity directors are MONUMENTALLY busy and don't always have time to answer the phone OR listen to voicemails because they are never at their desk.
Make a list of 100 communities. Set aside a day (Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday) and start calling between 11-2pm. Go through the whole list. You will book gigs this way. ❤️🎶🫡
