Wanted to share this mobility move to loosen up your t-spine and help combat desk/forward “C” posture.
Even if your sport doesn’t require rotation, you’ll still benefit from this mobility move.
It’s cool because the side bend creates space between your spine and allows you to rotate even further.
Try it out before your workout, before a round of golf, or just throughout your day.
