Would like to share this beautiful global movement in action 🌍✨ Venerable Bhikkhu Paññākāra and Aloka with the venerable monks begin Walk for The Peace in Sri Lanka tomorrow.
The Walk for Peace, Sri Lanka 2026 journey begins April 21 and continues through May 1, as a dedicated group walks across the sacred island of Sri Lanka to spread peace, mindfulness, loving-kindness, and unity.
This isn’t just a walk. It’s a living prayer in motion. Along the way, they will also be receiving Sacred Relics of the Buddha and a Bodhi tree sapling to bring back to the U.S., carrying forward a powerful lineage of peace and awakening.
You can follow their journey in real time, day by day, and walk alongside them in spirit from wherever you are 🙏
