Another gorgeous day with temperatures over 35C that’s around 95F for my friends in the USA 😊 It’s way too hot to do anything except sit outside in the shade by the pond in my retreat centre Zen garden, just watching and listening to nature and enjoying the gentle meditation that Mother Earth has to offer us 😊🐶
