šŸ’Œ A Letter to Your Future Self
Before February ends, let’s slow down for a moment šŸ¤
This isn’t about Valentine’s Day anymore. It’s about something quieter — your relationship with yourself.
Today, I invite you to write a short letter to future you.
Not 10 years from now.Just a version of you a few months ahead. The one who kept creating. The one who didn’t give up completely.
If you don’t know how to start, here’s a simple structure:
āœļø Step 1 – Begin like this:
ā€œDear future me,ā€
āœļø Step 2 – Acknowledge the present:
  • ā€œRight now, things feelā€¦ā€
  • ā€œI’m struggling withā€¦ā€
  • ā€œI’m learning toā€¦ā€
āœļø Step 3 – Offer something:
  • a promise
  • encouragement
  • forgiveness
  • patience
  • trust
For example:
  • ā€œI hope you’re being kinder to yourself.ā€
  • ā€œI promise not to give up on you.ā€
  • ā€œI hope you kept creating, even in small ways.ā€
You can write:
  • one sentence
  • a short paragraph
  • or just one line
šŸ’¬ If you feel comfortable, share one sentence from your letter in the comments.Or write it privately and leave a šŸ’Œ emoji here.
šŸŽÆ This isn’t about being poetic.
It’s about being real.
Sometimes the words we need are the ones we write to ourselves.
