What's stopping you?
Hey, I know the feeling of pain being such a burden that you avoid some of your favorite exercises because the pain is so unbearable! (Mine was bench press and lateral raises for shoulders) But I learned on my journey how to be able to improve the muscles and stability needed that I don't suffer from it any more (Back to reaching my 300lb bench goal!)
