I’m looking for an experienced cold caller to join the team in the outdoor living niche. This is a commission-only position with huge earning potential.
Here’s the breakdown:
- 20% commission on every closed deal you book that I sign.
- Our show-up rate is 80% – so you don’t need to worry about no-shows.
- Our close rate is 70% – which means most of the meetings you book will turn into paying clients.
- Using the scripts I’ll train you on, you should expect about an 8% appointment booking rate.
Example Earnings:
- If you make 100 calls/day, that’s ~8 meetings/day.
- At 5 days/week, that’s 40 meetings/week.
- With an 80% show-up rate, that’s ~32 meetings/week.
- With a 70% close rate, that’s ~22 new clients/month.
- Each client is on a $1,500 retainer → meaning your cut at 20% = $300 per deal.
- Do the math: that’s serious earning potential for the right caller.
You’ll also get live tracking of sales calls, so you’ll always know exactly how much you’re making.
Requirements:
- Must live in the USA
- Must have an American accent & U.S. phone number
- Must have experience in cold calling
