3️⃣ Build MICRO Software
Most people think too big.
Don’t build an “all-in-one platform.”
Build ONE simple outcome.
Examples:
✅ AI follow-up generator
✅ AI caption helper
✅ Lead nurture tool
✅ Appointment reminder system
✅ Offer headline generator
Specific sells faster.
4️⃣ Launch Before You Feel Ready
This is where most people freeze.
But the goal is NOT perfection.

5️⃣ Document the Journey Daily
