Funnel Lab Update: I turned a $3K pitch contest application into a full business system + micro SaaS.
After the AI Secrets Challenge, I trained my “Chief of Staff” inside Marketing Secrets AI with my ideas, notes, and strategy.
Then I paired it with what I’m learning in the Funnel Builder Certification.
What happened next changed everything.
Instead of just filling out my ASU pitch application, I used AI to turn it into a full offer, system, and funnel at the same time.
Before this, ideas would sit in Google Drive for weeks. Now, I can:
• Get clear on the audience and problem
• Build the offer and path to income
• Map the customer journey
• Create funnel pages and structure fast
It’s not perfect, but it’s done—and moving forward.
That’s the shift:
Ideas → Systems → Execution → Results
