Solar system question
Good morning my off-grid family! I am residing in East Texas! Wanted to give everyone a good ole howdy! And, I have been off-gridding since 2022 over here! Slowly but surely I will be getting solar panels and a solar generator for my tiny home! Right now I have electricity from Big brother but soon enough I am saving money to get my solar system and rainwater collection system up and running before stuff hits the fan! I have a macerator behind my toilet and a non-conventional 275 gallon IBC tote septic system.
About the solar system setup I just ordered my solar panels and my mounting brackets for the ground grassy area that I have and the charge controller should all come on Thursday. My question to you guys is do you want to need a ground 10 gauge wire to go from my batteries to the power inverter to my solar breaker box? Or do I just need the black and red 10 gauge cables? Appreciate your feedback
