You found this place for a reason.
Maybe you’re not sure what that reason is yet. That’s okay.
I want to tell you something first before anything else.
It’s possible for you.
I know that might be hard to hear right now. I know where doubt lives. I know what it feels like to wake up and not recognize yourself anymore. To reach for something that used to help and realize it stopped working a long time ago.
I’ve been there.
Combat veteran. Bell’s Palsy. Tonsil cancer. Years of drinking most days to quiet the noise.
I’m six months post surgery. I just ran 20 miles in June. I’m training for a 50K in August.
Not because I’m special. Because I kept taking the next mile.
That’s all this is. That’s all I’m asking you to do.
One next mile. Whatever that looks like for you today.
Drop a comment below and tell me one thing — where are you starting from?
No judgment here. Just people moving forward together.
