What's Your Thing?
Most people in here don’t have a skill problem.
They have a naming problem.
You’ve spent 20 or 30 years getting good at something. People already ask you for answers. Then someone says, “So what do you do now?” and the sentence falls apart. Too broad. Too modest. Or it still sounds like the job you left.
That sentence is the offer. If you can’t say it, nobody can buy it.
