Regulate Before You Hustle -Morning!
I know the urge is to grab your phone and open your to-do list before your eyes even adjust.
But your ADHD brain does better when your nervous system is calm first.
So before you jump into work:
Take 5 deep breaths,
Drink some water,
Open the blinds,
Put on one song that grounds you.
Then look at your tasks. A regulated brain makes better decisions, period.
