As part of my journey, I am currently wrapping up my certification as a Havening Practitioner and need to complete a few more case studies. To do that, I’m offering a limited number of FREE Havening sessions to members of this group.

Here is what you need to know:

Completely Anonymous: All case studies are strictly de-identified. Your name and personal details will never be shared.
What it helps with: Havening is incredible for distressing memories, anxiety, stress, or shifting limiting beliefs.
No Catch: Just a safe space for you to experience the work, and a way for me to get my final hours in.
