Dert Hydro-uptopia
Has anyone else tried this before?
Mentioning this because I genuinely do feel the difference!
For my sauna fam, I’ve been using Dert Hydro-Utopia during sauna sessions and one of the main things I love is that it has a binding agent, which helps pull toxins out instead of letting them re-enter the body while we sweat. It also has 52 raw minerals and is completely natural in its purest form, which I really appreciate.
I’ve tried other flavored or synthetic options before, but this just feels cleaner and way more enjoyable to drink. Definitely adds a nice little boost to my sauna routine! 🫶🏽
