I used to think there were already too many doing what I do. But now I see it’s not about that – it’s about how I show up. If I position myself right and solve one specific problem really well, I can create my own lane.
2.
I blamed bad cashflow on time of year, holidays, summer etc. But really, I just wasn’t taking full ownership. People are still buying, I just wasn’t reaching them right.
3.
I always felt like I had to master everything to earn trust. But most clients don’t care if I’m nr 1, they care that I get them results. If I’m a step ahead and act like the expert, that’s what matters. I’ve also been too quick to say yes to whatever the client wants.
