Sometimes motherhood doesn’t feel hard because you’re doing it wrong.
Sometimes it feels hard because you are trying to carry too much with too little.
Too little:
Time
Sleep
Support
Rest
Help
Space
Emotional capacity
When you are constantly giving, managing, remembering, soothing, planning, and carrying the mental load… of course things can feel overwhelming.
Being overstimulated, exhausted, reactive, or disconnected does not automatically mean you are failing.
Sometimes it means you are under-resourced.
You may not need to “just be more grateful.”
You may not need to push harder.
You may need:
âś” More support
âś” Better systems
âś” Rest
âś” Boundaries
âś” Practical tools
âś” Space to breathe
Motherhood was never meant to be carried entirely alone.
You are not broken.
You may simply need more support than you currently have.
If this resonates, let this be your reminder:
Needing support does not mean you are incapable.
It means you are human.
💛 What feels most under-resourced for you right now—time, energy, support, sleep, or something else?
