Greetings, I have grown up around agriculture and have been working at ways to integrate edible aspects into properties for a number of years. I am getting more people over time interested in swapping out individual plants from ornamental to edible, and some are looking for wider designs that include multi species/polyculture.
Locating solid sub contractors in different areas has been my biggest challenge, any pro tips for what to say/do to know they are going to serve my client well if I am not in the geographic area to directly oversee the project?
